Access to certain features may require a paid membership or one-time purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
We offer monthly and annual membership plans. All fees are displayed clearly on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information.
New members may be eligible for a free trial period (typically 7 days). At the end of the trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send reminders, but you are responsible for managing your subscription.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no refunds or prorated credits are provided for partial months. Refunds for workshop purchases are available up to 7 days before the event start date, minus a processing fee.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Yoga and physical activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or exacerbation of pre-existing conditions. Our instructors provide general guidance and modifications, but it is your responsibility to listen to your body, rest when needed, and consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebby Perr Online, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our classes or use of our services. You voluntarily assume all risks.
Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., payment providers, social media, or wellness resources). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party platforms. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective policies.
We reserve the right to change class schedules, instructor assignments, content offerings, and pricing at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our community or business. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and we may delete your account data subject to legal retention requirements.
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
